Crushed Rice-Cơm Tấm

What is crushed rice? 

     If you want to take a spin on traditional long grain rice, our crushed rice dishes are the perfect choice. Crushed rice is produced from the cultivation of the finest unprocessed rice crop, and is used to make rice flour and vermicelli, etc. Vietnamese people use steamed rice as often as Westerners use bread in their dishes. We also have steamed crushed rice in our dishes for an economization and it was integrated into our culture.
